How do I get a correction made in the property card entry ?
Do I have to send the letter to Tahsildars Office in Andheri , Mumbai ?
What documents will be required ?
The lease mentioned on the property card shows that it ended on 1899 . It should be corrected to 2099.
Also the lessor's name is not correct. It is showing one of his sons name which is very similar to his.
There is no mutation entry for transfer of ownership to his son.
Both of these errors seem to be clerical error . what are my options ? The original lessor is dead .
