Conveyance deed

one joint owner is holding up original conveyance deed of a registered flat and is not releasing information about the same.

other joint owner is requesting to reveal information about the same and arrange a certified copy.

in this situation, what should the other joint owner do to safeguard his position so that no sale transaction is done with the original deed ?

The joint owner is entitled to a certified copy of the original registered title document.

If he is apprehending the other coowner is trying to alienate the property without his consent, he can file a suit for permanent injunction against the other owner to restrain him from alienating or encumbering the property in any manner till the disposal of the suit for permanent  injunction
