I'm sorry for asking this little things, but I met some lawyer who says it is bailable and some other non bailable. But the most important thing is one of my friend is falsely alleged in a case under this POCSO section, and now he is in Nalbari Jail, and there is an exam of Assam Police Sub-Inspector on 20th September. That's why I'm asking on this. Look we know he will be free after when Court trial starts, but if he can't sit on exam then that's the big problem.
