Property issue

i had been summon by police 160 crpc for which my lawyer said that we will file a vakalatnama in chennai high court he gave me a copy of it in which it was said that according to section 15 letters to patent I did not understand what it meant please explain.

Tell clearly which section 15? Cr. P. C. or I. P. C. Which type of patent? Any intellectual property rights reserved there? Lot of things r there? Tell clearly.
