sir my question is, In defense Psu sectors to appointment a employee the sector has to follow our Indian law.
what does the "Jr" grade stands in engineer dept. and what is the minimum qualification required for this post.
According to our Labour law this Jr grade is suitable for class 2 engineers.

Candidates are recruited through GATE examination and basis of scoring of marks of the candidates. or else selection can be made through written examination and interview and group discussion.

Dear vivek,

wages and pay scales are vary from time to time it may not fixed for all times.but as per minimum wages act 1948,given some rules and regulations for fixing minimum wages.that period of fixing wages may not exceed for 5years,this fixation may done by state gov it self.

I read an article regarding the Diploma engineers had filed a case in (1984 to 90's) to provide them promotions after a certain service period. and the judgment was all so favor to Diploma engineers.

Is there's these type rule applicable of all psu sector should provide a promotion to their employees or they can't provide.
