anticipatory bail

how much time it take to get anticipatory bail, my lawyer say it take more than 1 week. How we can check on status. do one need multiple anticipatory bail for various section, ie 498, 406, dv etc. What is vaildity of bail period

1. The matter is admitted or dismissed at admission hearing first of all.


2. Then STATE or party puts in their objections or approval and or as per merits the bail is granted with conditions / surety and or both and for a time.


3. When readers do not know which step you are in then how a ld. Advocate can say bail takes a week time to grant as if it is being tailor made and pops in his chamber!. You need to pay attention to what your Advocate says and ask him 100's of que. instead of mis-quoting him and seeking duplicate answers.


4. Not required for different Sections to seek separate bail. All goes into one application.
