LET THE COURT DECIDE THE MATTER AS ORDER IS ALREADY PASSED BY THE COURT.GOOD LUCK.

What can be expected from lower courts if Apex court, sought apology in open court without going in to merit. I think judgment has been pronounced already.

JUDGES ARE NOT SEASSOR'S WIFE.

MANY OF US HAVE BITTER EXPERIENCE.

FROMER CJI MR BALAKRISHNAN IS ONE OF THE BEST EXAMPLE. HE INSISTED JUDGES NOT TO DECLEARE THERE PROPERTIES. PEOPLE AGRIVED ON IT. EVEN FORMER SPEAKER MR SOMENATH PASSED ADVERSE COMMENTS AND HIS DISPLEASER.

NOW MR BALAKRISHNAN IS IN ADVERSE POSITION.

LET THE PEOPLE DECIDE WHO IS HONEST AND WHO NOT.

SO FAR I UNDERSTOOD, MR SHANTI BHUSHAN AND MR PRASANT BHUSHAN, ARE HONEST AND PERSONS OF DOWN TO EARTH.

the former CJ had various stories attached, but unfortunately the Indian Judicial Structure is so confined that it is not easy to raise finger on certain issues.

Mr. Bhushan has been quite active in his approach on such matters.......most of us remain silent either because we dont want to face contempt or to ruin our own business.

but this politico-judicial nexus is required to be broken for proper delivery of justice.

I agree with the view that "politico-judicial nexus" is required to be broken for proper delivery of justice. Whenever there is any kind of nexus between executive/judiciary/legislature liberty of people if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction.

-  YES IT IS TRUE.
