Hello Lawyers,
I started constructing the house and hired a contractor for this. The contractor started building the house and after he completed 80% of the construction took 10 lacs in cash for construction items and labor and not willing to complete the rest of the work.
I cannot get other contractor to complete the work since current contractor will not give NOC and I will lose 10 lacs already paid for items and labor.
Can you please advice what are my options ? How can I make the contractor complete the work or give me back my money and NOC so that I can get the work done elsewhere
