Contempt of court

We had launched a suit against the purchaser for illegal purchase of one  share of our property without obtaining NOC From other co-owners, Since the Case was been filed in Bombay High Court, the same has been transferred to City Civil Court, and it is stil pending.

Since the suit is pending in the city civil court, 1 Purchaser sold to 2 purchasers, and out of 2 purchaser 1 purchaser sold 3 purchaser, We have already sent legal notice to the concerned purchaser's regarding the suit but still the transaction has been taking place.

Is it contempt of Court????

It is not clear thus the court had given any interim order not to sell or absolute order against the property then only you can file contempt case

if court had not issued any stay order only case is pending file a interim petition for not selling the property till the case decides in court through your lawyer
