Hi,
There's a common passage which is to be used by us and our neighbor. Our neighbor has constructed a new building n has blocked the passage with all the debris and is also constructing a gate in the common passage as his plot is small. Can I file a police complaint regarding this? What are the ways to get corrective actions immediately?

Initially call police at the time of construction and later you have to file civil suit.
