Company is not giving incentive & bonus

Dear All,

Hope you doing good!

I have worked for 18 months for a MNC. My company is not giving my variable pay (commision, bonus & incentive) though FNF, which is shown on offer letter as part of CTC (Variable Pay). I followed the HR person for the same then they replied through mail that they pay variable earning to the active members only ( working employees) which is the policy not to left employees.

Please suggest the further step for me.

Download the printed version of the policy on bonus (performance bonus), commission, incentives..... and performance. Vs tgt data... Decline to accept FnF in writing under proper acknowledgement. Claim that condition of non payment to resigned employees is not stated in any document issued and supplied to you e.g. Appointment Letter and CTC annexure and you have qualified in the qualifying period. Don't remain entangled with HR and escalate to good offices appointing authority MD.... IF you're unable to handle on your own entrust to your lawyer...
