Hi Experts,
I leave a company. After more than a month I got the Full and Final Settlement from the company. Now after F&F Settlement company send me an email saying that they did wrong calculations in doing my F&F Settlement and they have given me excess amount in the F&F Settlement. Company now sending me an recovery amount to pay them.
Question: Is this recovery amount justified after F&F Settlement?
Please guide.
