whether trial magistrate can order commission for recording 313 cr.p.c statement of accused who is bed ridden

S.C in TGN Kumar vs  State of Kerala held that In summon trial cases Magistrate has discretion to dispense with the personal appearance  of accused u/sec 313 Cr.P.C and record his statement u/sec 313 Cr.P.C
