My wife is co-applicant for the flat which I have purchased in Pune now we are under divorce process, the problem is one of cousin who help we with 5lac is asking for the money back, I don’t have any option then selling the flat. But the problem is my wife is not responding on this.
I need to give my cousin his money back so I don’t have any other option them taking a personal loan and once I do this I will not able to pay the house EMI. How can I solve this problem? I have planned to stop the house EMI so that I at list get some relax in my life I am ready if the Bank take away the flat
