I am married and I have a daughter of 5 years. I have filed a divorce case agaisnt my wife.
We are two brothers, My mom has a property in her name she has executed a settlement deed in favour of my elder brother.
I want to know if my wife (agianst whom I have filed divorce) can have any rights on the property on any grounds?
Really confused and insecured could you please let me know your views?

1. Till your mother is alive she has exclusive right to dispose her property in manner she likes and neither your wife nor even her grandchild has any legal rights over the ref. property.
