Respected Sir,
My wife having immovable property as a gift settlement deed
given by her Mother on behalf of marriage gift, registered in the favour of her daughter and kept original documents in their hands, we asked too many times but not given to us.
Donor(her mother) revoked gift deed unilateraly without knowing us and we became to know recently.
Now Donor and Donor's son threatening us to stop the activities.
So I requesting you please give the suggations to retain documents and property.
