Cidco tripartite

Dear Sir,

There is a registered society in Nerul but the development agreement between Land Lord(s) under 12.5% Gaothane Scheme and builder is not registered and there is no tripartite agreement. Now there is a flat for resale in the above said society. However, for this property NOC to sell, conveyance deed cannot be obtained from CIDCO before completing above mentioned process.

Hence, to complete the  above process how much it ill cost and procedure for the same. What are the charges for executing tripartite agreement? Builder is missing, so in this case it is assume that Tripartite agreement is between Society, Land Lord & CIDCO.
