Hi i purchased a flat in Navi Mumbai in March 2017 I'm the third owner, conveyance deed of society executed in oct 2017 with first owners name. Now I want to get cidco transfer done in my name I need guidance regarding cidco transfer rules specially tranfer charges payable. One told me I have to pay double charges. Pls help

You stated that you are the 3rd owner which means the first owner is sold to another person who becomes the 2nd owner and shall execute a sale deed in favour of you. The first owner has executed your sale deed. So how cidco transfer the flat in your name?

Since the conveyance deed was not made it was not compulsory for the second owner to do cidco transfer is what I understood

In my view, your sale deed is invalid as the same was not executed by the 2nd owner from whom you are purchasing.
