Cheated by wife

i was married to lawyer by negotiation 6 years back. She stayed with my family only 6 to 7 days within this period we had s*xual relation once. After that she left our home with giving me a allegation that i cannot satisfy her s*xually,so she does not want to stay with me. After one month she called me up to inform me that she was pregnant. She gave a birth to child(boy) after nine months.After that she continued to stay with her family till date.

Now my question is how can i get rid of this unfaithful woman? She is not willing to give me divorce because she is using my name as her child's father.

Please give me suggestion

U can ask divorce in the grounds of dessertion

What is the hesitation, she deserted you and staying separately for more than two years, that is a sufficient and valid ground for seeking dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce. Desertion and non cohabitation for more than two years upwards can be valid ground for divorce.
