Ahmaed,
Your question is not clear. If your name is printed correctly on 10th certificate it would be your fault. Generally names on intermediate marks memos are printed according to your application for exams. you would have mentioned wrongly in that application. Now you can make an application to intermediate board by attaching a copy of your 10th marks memo for change of name.
