Caw cell - fir time.

Is there any SC or HC judgment on CAW cell regarding the fact they at any cost have to wait for 4 months (inspite of the fact the respondent  appears only once in 4 month which emphasis that dialogues are failed at the cell) before the CAW cell to register a F.I.R..

The guildeline says "Every case should be disposed off in 3 months". So firstly this is guildeline and not cumpulsion.Secondly it doesnt stop filling FIR within 3 months.

So, in short to answer your question is-There is no such ruling which you are looking.
