In probate matter, summons were served and received by siblings 92 days ago. No one has filed any document in court. Court hearing is 30 days in the future. Can the caveators still alllowed to come to contest after time limit past receiving summons (90 days) has already passed. Thank you.

All the High Courts in the country have Rules on Caveet, and caveat are examined by the Sherisdar of the Court. The Caveator shuld mandatoraly filed an Affidavit..In case of non compliance with the caveat rules, it is placed before the Presiding Officer for appropriate orders.
