Dear Sir
I have got flat registration and it is under construction. from the builder i have received the CAVEAT and he saying that, i have no link to the flat,
please let me know what action to be taken over the builder? or shall i ignore the CAVEAT? or do i need to show the evidence in the court with original documents?

1. Filing Caveat by the builder should not resrict you to file any civil suit against him. It is only that he would be heard first and then you will be heard by the court in the matter of your civil suit which you may file seeking performance of the part of the registered contract that which the buikder is refusing to perfrom. He has to deliver the copy of the caveat filed by him.

Sharma Ji, So i don't required to take any action over CAVEAT? it will expire Automatically with in 90 days right?
otherwise even after 90 days do i need to submit my registration details in court?
