Case against notary

Sir / Madam Can i register a case against the notary and the person who create the fake document.. and made me to go to court for seven years. i have signed on a agreement document on 03-03-2011 (it is their on the document) and which has been notarized on 25-02-2011 and the notary has signed as it has been done on 25-02-2011 which i have not done in front of the notary. based on this document they have resisted a case on me in civil court. which has been disposed recently (in our favor).
