Care taker

Recently we allowed a couple to stay in our servant's quarter. We pay Rs. 1300 pm as salary to them and allowed free stay in the ground floor of our house. They cook and maintain our house. Do we need to complete any legal formality for the same?

Do police verification od both the couple.

Take their ID and address proof & reference of two relative their contact details.
