Capgemini for16 mis match

I was working in capgemini,but company had made much mental harrasment to me

now I found

company has given me salary X which we all agreed upon,in form16 same salary is shown

in form26as wrong salary is shown 2X

it took three months of followup and no answer from company

can I file case in pune?

any lawyer on percentage basis?

I do not think that the difference would be too big and any lawyer would work on percentage basis. Look for some local lawyer in Pune

You first issue a legal notice intimating the irregularity observed seeking relief accordingly, if the company fails to reply or gives a false or wrong reply, you may approach court of law for further remedy.
