Dear Mr Singh,

A person can make a will at any time. It will not matter if he/she is a cancer patient or a patient of other live threatening disease. Please get the will registered before the Deputy Commissioner (DC) so that there is no legal fight after the Testator is dead (Testator is a person who has written a will). DC is also called District Magistrate (DM).
