One of my friends got SC certificate in 1995 with reference to his father's certificate issued in 1981.
On the strength of that SC certificate he got govt. job in a post reserved for SC.
Now District administration cancelled the certificate on the grounds that he doesn't belong to Scheduled Caste.
But it is a matter of fact that he did not commit any forgery to get SC certificate, he simply obtained it by producing his uncle's certificate. Another fact is that he got such certificate in a minor age.
In this case, what will be the fate of his job?
