Can tenant who is mentally sick be evicted

My place is rented out to tenant on leave and license basis. Now tenant has developed bsome mental problem and is troubling other residents and not paying rent. What is the process if eviction in Mumbai ? How long will it take ? I have already given notice to vacate . As landlord what are my rights ? Is there a risk in evicting sick person ? When will police get involved ?
