Hi,
I just want to confirm, can we challenge the result of interview in all government sector exams. & is it necessary to have vedio evidences of the interview by the employer. If not, then how interview could be challenged.

Hi Sudhir,
I just want to know can we challenge the interview score. I appeared for Bank of Baroda personal interview and BOB don't have vedio recording of the interview. So on which grounds we can challenge the result of the interview in the court.

do you have any copy of recruitment rules of the post in BOB which stipulates video recording of interview.
even UPSC has no such provision.
You can challange the interview score only if it is grossly disproportionate to the written results, otherwise not.
