Can i get cop of dv through rti

Dear Member,

My Friend came to know from his sources that his wife file DV case in her City, but still he didn't get any Notice from court, & Now he want to get copy of DV Case, So my question is can he get copy through RTI ?

or does he must go to there for get the copy ?

Court will send a notice to appear, along with copy of dv compl.

Court would send summons to you along with the DV complaint filed and the date as to when you have to appear in court . Dont hurry since these false cases take 4-5 yrs to come to a judgement .

Please suggest me, I got Notice today, I have lots of proof to prove this she put false allegation, & I can easily proove she never live with me and my Parents, so My question is if I have enough proof to proove this although I have to fight in Lower court till Final Result. is there any way i can file for quash of dv in same court or High court ?and any other ways to get out of dv case?
