Can court issue Third Party Notice

Can a court issue a third party notice to provide the relevant document? Here, third party means any other party apart from the plaintiff and defandent. Can we apply u/s 11 rule 14 or under which section?

Yes court can issue notice to any persons in whoes possession is the document. For detail see order 11

Court are meant to deliver justice.

Court can order the custodian or possesor of the document.
