Can a dispute in High Court be taken to Lok Adalat?

I m 77 yrs having 20% share in the assets of deceased father and inspite of Consent Terms of 2009 & LOA of January 2023 other legal heirs are not agreeing to it and are blackmail me. They want to be paid 25 lacs which I am not agreeing and waiting for my demise. Can I take this matter to Look Adalat Even if others don't agree. Kindly help.

There's no restrictions on you to file a memo to refer the matter to lok adalat for conciliation and compromise settlement.

But if the opposite party is objecting to it then the high court may not refer the matter to lok adalat
