we have been doing business in a commercial property given by our father keeping its ownership with himself. without our nformation, he has given the papers of property as lien to onother brother as a guarantee in Bank Account. our business is flourishing and seeing it flourishing,for the purpose of disturbing us....he has given a letter to bank, asking to withdrawing its guarantee.The brother who was using this lien account is not able to clear the dues and thus the account has gone NPA. Now Bank is asking for clearance of dues and sending legal notices. Since all these happened without our knowledge and we are feeling helpless.
Can we ask the court for interference. We have only this premises as source of income and we will be on Road if we lose this...... can we make this property property disputed
