Buying property when case is in progress

Your wife can claim for mentainance only. She can not claim over your property. Do you have children? If yes, where they are?

i think sir it is better advisable that u buy the property in the name of any oder person say ur moder if you have any trust on her be cos though she cannot claim any right in your property maintainance claim of your wife and children can be realized by attachment of the property standing in your name. but personally i would advise you to settle the matter keeping the welfare of your children in mind.
