Brought site through bank auction- no home loan providers

Recently I brought a site in Bangalore through Bank auction. I am the sucessful bidder. After the bid I paid 20% of the bid amount through my savings. However none of the banks are providing the site loan. Now how to go with this. I dont have that money to pay to bank.

file a RTI with nationalized bank and ask the in writing on why they cannot give the loan for such properties..what is the reason for decline that you had heard so far from the banks..
