Breach of trust and its repercussion

Sir If a property is insured by the company and the company further give that property for usage to its employee and that employee elopes with the property then in that case what would be the liability of the company and the action which can be taken by the insurance company to recover the amount.

Insurance company cannot be made liable for any loss, when the company has willfully handeded over possession of its property to some person. The matter is between the giver and the taker. Insurance company has nothing to do with any loss occured due to voluntary transactions between the employer and the employee.
