A complaint should be before the concerned labour authorities. The labour department where the company's establishment is registered under the Shops & Establishments Act will be proper authority, in the first instance.

Dear Pravin

I am in full agreement with Mr. Vasudevan

Please make complaint with Asst./Dy.Labour commissioner of your area but please ensure that the employee is elgible for bonus however earned leave matter can be raised by any one.
