Bail in arms act

What can be the grounds for seeking bail in arms act ( Sec 7 &25) ? Any guidance will be highly appreciated

Most of grounds for bail application could be drawn from FIR. Rest you can always rely on antecedents of the accused and his character of good repute as citizen is important as per evidence act unless a contrary to that character is reproduced.
