Australian husband obtain ex party divorce , wife in India now . can she file PWDV ACT case, 125 Cr.p.c from India against husband or any better idea

After marriage husband went to Australia and after repeated request wife went their against will of husband. After staying few months, she had to return India for the torture by husband. During stay wife was ousted a Decree of Divorce by Australian court. Plz suggest what the wife can legally now against husband in India. can she file PWDV CASE AND 125 CASE IN INDIA.The inlaws house India not allow her to enter into the house.
