On 27th nov midnight at about 12 pm, my father went to ask one person of neighborhood to stop playing loud music, he had also dranked, but he began to use abusal word and when my younger brother went to see the matter ,he attacked my brother with dragger on his head and caused him injury, then my father and elder brother beated him, and went to hospital through police, now the matter is ,police have filed the FIR and sec 341,324,506 has been imposed but why not sec 326 and 307, on the next day the opposite party also filed FIR and sec448,325,324,506,352 has been imposed on us.now both of us took bail . I want to ask did police saved him by imposing bailable sec, what can be the future of this case ? Sir kindly reply
