Hi experts,
I own a flat and have been facing arrogant attitude from management committee members from quite some time. When i ask for a clarification, the questions are tagged as silly and are ignored sometimes. One of the committee members is also using the words such as "stupid questions" in his writings and influencing office beares not to respond. Kindly let me know if i can take any legal proceedings against the person who is more abusive and influencing others. If yes, kindly let me know the procedure.
