Does employer has right to transfer as per applicable service conditions..................say as per standing orders?
Is the transfer malafide or do you have evidence of malice, bias etc?
Does your union support you?

Dear Sh Sudhir & Sh Kumar, I am working in Central Govt. PSU. I was earlier transferred from Delhi to Gurgaon. Two months after, I got through promotion exam and was transferred to another office despite the fact that all other promotees were retained in their present offices. Anyhow, I joined there but after 7 days I was again transferred to a distant office. In about 4 months I was transferred 3 times. There is no clear transfer policy. The third transfer was done to accomodate a person.
