Now days a lot of false DV cases are being filed .Hence no need to panic . Once to get used to attending court dates it will become a routine . She will claim a lot of allegations . Rest assured your case will run for the next 5- 6 years .

At the most for the child and your bitter half you would have to pay maintanence acccourding to your source of income . And for RTR what she is claiming if you dont want her to keep her at your place than you have to provide seperate rental accomodation .

in her entire petition she has not mentioned that you have thrown her out of the house. did she file any police cases against you. does she have any medical reports of your harrassment. any NC filed in the local police station against you?
