when one cannot control his or her mind, how could someone control somone's marital life via black magic.. Ha ha ha ha.

All that is false, only two people are responsible for a breaking marriage or a broken marriage.

1.  The wife.

2. The husband.

None else.

To add from my side: Husband and wife ....when things start going bad between both of them and they cannot control their own minds....then their immediate family gets disturbed....then it spreads to nearby police station...then known/unknown lawyers...then family court, civil court and criminal court. when the husband and wife get enlightenment...that marriage is on rocks and egos have climbed mountains...they continue fighting their cases with soo much of keen and patience...as if Vishwanathan Anand is playing chess. Then slowly their soo called marriage starts vanishing. Then they bid adieu to family courts and lawyers and their family too gets soo pissed off..in all this. Then comes the understanding that " You and You alone are responsible for your thoughts and actions" .

Yes I do believe in Black magic ..  Read (Black coat doing magic in and out of court)
