I have been running FOFO Liberty Showroom in heart of Market in Imphal for last 25 years. The company has felt also my e of showroom to another person just adjacent to my showroom. Policy initiated by the company without my consent is rarest of the rares in business policies.
In 2012 also the company had committed such trial and the showroom closed in short time.
Now I am intending to file a petition against the company to stay the opening of the showroom.
Please suggest me a legal advise in depth to do the most affective on the earliest possible.
