If a wife is not aware of husband's salary and his ITR details.. in that case can the divorce case judge direct the husband to submit his bank statement and ITR details in court while fixing the alimony amount ? Husband has filed for a divorce.i have been contesting it .its listed for final arguments . But now in between I also plan to file an application seeking permanent alimony..i dnon't know his salary etc..

Husband has to file the affidavit for his income and if you are sure that he is not revealing correct ammount then you can file application for production of his income sources with evidance

The court will direct both the parties to file an affidavit declaring each others assets and liabilities.
If he is suspected to suppress any vital fact then you can file a petition before court to direct him to produce the details.
