After divorce filed

Hi All,

i am planning to apply for divorce .after i applied what are possibilities from her side like 498a ,DV etc..

please provide some suggestions to prepare for this.

also if they file 498a how to hold divorce case...

be prepearad for everything and before filing for divorce why not discuss with her and file for mutual consent divorce were you do not have to fear for any other cases as you both will get decree in less time and also no fear that she will file other cases

they are not ready for mutual concern.my marriage is not consummated fully.i asked to solve tht problem from the day of marriage(around 1.5 years) they are trying to convince me like my daughter will be like this only u have to adjust her and live with her else u have to face the consequences.
