An Advocate in the role of other state bar council than Maharashtra & Goa Bar Council can start his/her Proprietorship law firm simply taking a Shop Act under Mumbai Shop Act Law or he he/she need to be a member of local/Mumbai & Goa State Bar Council.
As per Section 30 of Advocates Act lawyers can Practice in all courts in the country.
