Advice needed

hello experts

we are defending a case of pay and usage charges on market rate after the eviction order for a commercial property.

though we are given a year's time by Honble supreme court to vacate the premises but the landlord is asking for pay and usage charges at the market rate. no such order was passed by the honble supreme court.

we moved an appliction u/o 7 rule 11 cpc. but the civil judge has dismissed our application and framing the issues now.

now our advocte too suggests to go for a mediation with the landlord.. but we have alreay spent so much in all these legal matters so really confused now what to do??? 

plz suggest.

If he is the real owner then you have to pay. In consideration of money you are using his land so now you have to pay as per the agreement between u and landlord
